A drab, developer-spec duplex condo was gutted and rebuilt in six months as a bright, personalized home for a young, modern family. Within a tight 15' x 60' footprint, the plan is efficient and playful, with custom furniture and cabinetry, lighting, finishes, and a landscaped rear yard, all designed and managed by EF from concept through construction, and threaded throughout with plant life.
